Service Areas

Wichita is home base. From there we build across Sedgwick County and nearby South-Central Kansas: Derby, Haysville and Mulvane to the south; Park City, Bel Aire, Kechi, Valley Center and Maize to the north; Goddard, Cheney and Clearwater to the west; and Andover, Augusta and Rose Hill to the east in Butler County, with Newton to the north in Harvey County. Older Wichita neighborhoods tend to have mature trees, tighter side yards and existing fences that affect access and layout, while newer subdivisions often have larger lots but HOA rules on fences and equipment placement. Permits differ as well: MABCD handles Wichita and unincorporated Sedgwick County, and other cities run their own building departments. Each area page covers what applies there.
